PsNow kept ceasing to work and make me redownload it. They told me I had bought it more than 14 days ago, so no refund possible. PsNow is a month long service

I looked and looked for the,"7 day trial" button for the Play Now subscription that lets you play over 300 games instantly. Couldn't find that button. I read they apply the 7 day trial to your subscription AFTER you pay for one (scam). I thought it would be like Xbox subscription where they allowed you to down load the game. No their games are to special to let you actually download.

Anyhow, it didn't work for me. Internet speed not fast enough it looks likes. So, when going to ask for a refund I got a message saying the computer can't find my account. Tried calling once and had to wait for over an hour to be hung up on. Hell No,! Called credit card company and disputed charge. They know people are not likely to go through all that trouble to dispute a 10 dollar charge.

They're scam artist. NO SERVICE! And their computer is broke. Really!?! They make their own hardware, software, and movies. They know how to make $h! T work, believe you me. Trying to rip me off 10 dollars is what they're tried doing. Getting my money back!

Just how awful is the system in Playstation that I can't just press dont auto renew for a Playstation plus subscription and it doesn't. This isn't even the first time it has happened to me. I would cancel out auto renew just to find out it still goes through. I can't trust this platform with card information cause it will charge me for things I don't want and no other platform like Steam has a problem like that. Now I'm stuck between 30 minute call waits and a support bot that's so beyond useless where it gives me an option to fill a refund request form but it gives me a error 404 page as I click on it. Almost like it's trying to grab your money and run with it while telling you everything is ok.

Why did PlayStation have to get rid of community people really like communities but places you just ruined it by deleting and taking it off the console that's where I have all my fun on row plane on GTA with the communities but no GTA and Playstation 4 has to take off communities don't like that at all

So stupid that i cant find a PS5 MONTHS after they have ben released. Absolutly outrgous. I just want a ps5 :(

They charged me 59.99 for a play station 4 that wasn’t even in used I called and they said they can’t do nothing about it ... stupid ass white boy Christopher and his stupid supper visor Jared couldn’t help me they just gave me bad customer service and lost a costumer

Customer support is non-existent. Lost access to account through 2FA - I recently got a new PS4 after my old one broke 6 months ago. Trying to login to my PSN account and it wants 2FA for a number I no longer have.
I go to their website, where it says to follow the 'Contact Us' link. Low and behold, Contact Us is actually just an FAQs directory. The best part is, when you find the entry about how to restore your account after losing access with 2FA, it gives you the same Contact Us link as before - a link to the directory you are already in.
After going in circles for 20 minutes, I finally found the PlayStation Support Bot page. Ofcourse, however, a technology giant like Sony can't even get a bot page to work. It's literally a banner saying Support Bot and then just a grey page.
Nice one Sony. No wonder your ratings are completely tanked on here. Customer support just doesn't exist at all apparently.

Poor launch of the ps5..!!

Their customer service is terrible. They provide the classic "we already have your money so the rest is not my problem" approach to every issue and happily hide behind outdated and self-serving policies. Don't do business with them if you believe the customer matters and the people making their living off of you should respect, or at the very least, value your satisfaction. Playstation (Sony) is not one of those companies.

The company is absolutely useless 3 weeks to sort one issues and it's still unresolved, been sent the same email 4 to 5 times and just constantly going round in circles
With no one being able to help save your time get a xbox

I`ve been using the various PS consoles for many years since childhood. Many good games to have fun with. The remarkable ones are the PS exclusives - most of them are really love. Great :)
